About SleepHz
SleepHz is a free website that plays healing, abundance and sleep frequencies right in your browser. There are no ads, no app and no sign-up: open the page, tap a tone, and it starts. SleepHz launched in 2026 at sleephz.com.
Why we built SleepHz
Most frequency audio online lives in long videos that get interrupted by ads, which is the last thing you want when you're meditating or falling asleep. We wanted one simple place where you could press play on 888 Hz, 528 Hz or ocean waves and be left in peace.
What's in the library
- 19 pure tones: solfeggio frequencies like 528 Hz, angel-number tones from 111 to 999 Hz, 432 Hz, and 888 Hz for abundance.
- 2 binaural beats for sleep and winding down: 2 Hz Deep Sleep and 6 Hz Drift Off (best with headphones).
- 6 sleep sounds: Rain & Thunder, Ocean Waves, Rainforest Rain, and brown, pink and white noise.
- Guides to daily affirmations, meditation, angel numbers and your life path number, each paired with a tone you can play on the page.
How it works
Every sound on SleepHz is generated live in your browser with the Web Audio API. There are no audio files to download, so tones start instantly, loop seamlessly and play for as long as you like. Auto-stop fades the sound out after the time you choose, and night mode keeps the screen easy on your eyes at bedtime.
How we write our guides
Our guides explain what each frequency is traditionally linked to, where the idea comes from (the solfeggio scale, angel numbers, numerology or binaural beats), and how people use it. We keep them clear and honest, and we point to research where it exists, like the 2009 study on positive self-statements in our affirmations guide.
