Frequently asked questions

What do the sayings say?

Each design is different. You'll find lines like “I trust myself”, “Life is tough. So are you.”, “I can do hard shit” and “888 Hz: money's on its way.”, with angel numbers like 111, 444 and 11:11 hidden through the art. Scroll down to see every design's sayings.

Is it safe in the dishwasher and microwave?

Yes. It's an 11 oz glossy ceramic mug, BPA and lead free, safe in both.

Does it really have swear words?

Yes, a few. The reminders are honest and some are loud, like “Bad bitch. Soft heart.” Keep that in mind if it's a gift for your grandma.

How fast will it arrive?

Each mug is printed when you order it and shipped from the USA. Most arrive in 5 to 12 business days, and you get a tracking email as soon as it ships. US shipping is free.

Is it a good gift?

It's one of the best ones for the friend who's been carrying a lot. Pick “2 Mugs + Journal” to keep one and give one.

Can I add the 30-Night Journal?

Yes. Choose “Mug + 30-Night Journal” and get the printable journal for $10 instead of $14. You can download it right after you pay.

What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?

We'll replace it free. Email hello@sleephz.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a new one or refund you.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. Mugs ship to US addresses only for now.

Sound shapes water. Words shape you.

More than a mug. A morning reminder.

The words you repeat become the thoughts you think, and the thoughts you think become who you are. That's why these reminders live in your hands every morning, not in a notes app you never open.

Every design is wrapped in affirmations, some soft and some loud, with angel numbers hidden through it for the days you need a sign.
