Privacy Policy

SleepHz (“we”, “us”) runs sleephz.com. We collect as little as possible. You can use every frequency on this site without an account and without giving us any personal information.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you join the list. When you submit the early-access form we store your email, the date you joined, and which form you used.
- Anonymous play counts. When you press play, we record which frequency was played and when (for example, “888 Hz at 9:14 pm”). This is not linked to your email, name, IP address or device.
- Your day/night setting. Your browser remembers whether you chose day or night mode, using local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us.
- Standard server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
- We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We don't record audio. Every tone is generated inside your browser; nothing you hear or say is sent to us.
How we use your information
- To send you SleepHz updates you asked for, such as new tracks and the app launch. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To understand which frequencies are most popular, so we can improve the library. We may publish totals (for example, “the most played frequency this month”), never anything that identifies you.
- To run, secure and fix the website.
Who processes it for us
- Replit hosts the website and its database.
- Google Workspace provides our email (hello@sleephz.com).
- These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Anonymous play counts are kept indefinitely because they can't identify anyone.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Email hello@sleephz.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. Contact us and we will honor them.
Children
- SleepHz is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
- If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
